This is Celeste, a sin hacker. Sin hackers are able to read minds like data on a computer, taking those sins that most haunt their enemies and using them against them. They are also able to create a impenetrable force field or containment unit out of random strands of data.

She is for the cross-class contest at Seventh Sanctum. The details are here: [link]

I used the general person generator to get her description:

This composed girl has wide brown eyes that are like two drops of chocolate. Her silky, curly, medium-length hair is the color of the midnight sky, and is worn in a complex, attractive style. She has a slender build. Her skin is light-colored. She has thin eyebrows and a pointed chin. Her wardrobe is dignified and strange, with a lot of gray.
